At with Art & Soul Studio, we invite you to step into a sanctuary of wellness, creativity, and healing. Our lobby offers lots of natural light with comfortable seating, a convenient check-in counter, and a retail space.
 
From the lobby, you will enter in to our yoga studio. The studio space is equipped with with a state-of-the-art infrared heat system to create the optimal environment for heated yoga classes. Our infrared heaters warm the room and people rather than heating the air. Infrared is a gentle, natural form of heating, often used in incubators for babies. The rays penetrate skin, helping to assist circulation and warming you from the inside. It really does feel like having the sun on your face on a spring day.

As you move through the studio, you will find our dedicated wellness and treatment rooms.  We offer the regions only Halo (dry salt) therapy booth and 3-in-1 full spectrum infrared sauna.
