Step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for a restorative day of slowing down, reconnecting, creating, and finding joy.
We’ll begin the retreat together with a grounding Vin-to-Yin yoga practice, flowing into a deeply relaxing sound journey. Afterward, the space will open for you to explore the Rooted Retreat experience at your own pace.
Create your own intimate terrarium with Rachael of Uprooted, receive Reiki from Emily of Mystical Moonlit Workings, write a meaningful love letter, or spend quiet time with tarot and journaling. Herbal tea, light refreshments, and a nourishing light lunch will be provided for you to enjoy throughout the day.
