A Full Moon Micro-Retreat for Self-Love
Radiant & Rooted is a 2-hour full moon micro-retreat created to support reconnection, presence, and self-love through movement, sound, and ritual.The experience is co-hosted by Amber Twigg (The Rooted Twigg) and Miriam of With Art & Soul.
Through an uplifting, empowering yoga flow, Amber guides the group in awakening the body, building warmth, and cultivating inner strength and radiance. The experience then gently transitions into a deeply calming sound bath, allowing the body to slow down and the nervous system to settle.
We close with a conscious cacao integration prepared and served by Miriam, offering space for grounding, heart-opening, and reflection. The cacao supports emotional integration and helps anchor the experience in the body, creating a gentle and nourishing closing to the retreat.
As part of the closing ritual, each guest will receive a flower blessing from a local florist , offering a symbolic…
