As light and darkness return to balance at the Spring Equinox, we invite you into a grounded and intentional ceremonial experience of release, rest, and renewal.
EMERGENCE is a two-hour, multi-modality ceremony designed to support the nervous system, encourage emotional release, and create space for clarity and intention. Through ritual, Yoga Nidra, sound, and cacao, participants are gently guided to let go of what no longer serves and step into the next season with presence and awareness.
This is not a performance-based experience. It is slow, spacious, and accessible to all levels.
