Service Description
In our infrared saunas, deep far infrared light penetrates the body, heating from the core outward. This type of heat generation enables more sustainable temperatures for longer periods of time. The warming effect stimulates bodily functions including the cardiovascular system, immune system, and the lymphatic system. Detoxifying the body through increased perspiration, infrared saunas also support cardiovascular health and alleviate symptoms related to pain, arthritis, and fatigue, among many other ailments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — but when appointments are missed or cancelled too late, it prevents others from enjoying that time. We send a 24-hour reminder because we know how busy life can get. Since each session is reserved personally for you, a cancellation fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge.
