Service Description

This session is designed to help you release built-up tension, calm your nervous system, and return to a state of balance. Through intuitive energy work, your system is gently guided out of stress and into regulation. The session may be supported by elements such as sound, essential oils, or intuitive tools — always guided by what is needed in the moment. You don’t need to do anything. You simply lie down and allow your body to settle. Stress and emotional experiences are often stored in the body — in breath, posture, and subtle patterns. This session supports the natural release of that tension, creating space for clarity and calm. After the session, you will receive a personalized follow-up summary via email with reflections and supportive insights from the session. You will also receive a custom essential oil roller intuitively created based on the energy and oils used during your session.
