At with Art & Soul, Yoga is not approached as performance or intensity. It is a practice of attention.
We focus on how movement is experienced rather than how it looks. Postures are used as tools to sense breath, release unnecessary tension, and create steadiness in the body and mind.
Classes are intentionally grounded and adaptable. Some are slower, some more active, but all share the same purpose: to help you arrive in the present moment without pressure to achieve or perfect.
We do not emphasize extreme flexibility or complex sequences. Instead, we emphasize awareness, pacing, and the relationship between effort and ease.
Yoga here supports daily life — improving how you breathe, sit, walk, rest, and respond to stress — rather than becoming something separate from it.
You are not expected to perform, keep up, or push through discomfort. You are invited to notice, adjust, and participate at your own capacity.
The practice becomes less about doing more, and more about needing less.

awaken vitality, release tension, and build balanced strength. Kelly guides you with alignment-based awareness,
helping you move safely and intentionally. Grounding savasana closes each class for full restoration.
