Sandys Program – Fitness over 50


Leaner, Stronger, More Fit:
Circuit Training class for active adults, utilizing weights, kettlebells, bands, TRX, stability and slam balls for developing strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. – 60 minutes
Class Descriptions
Pound Unplugged:
Drumming cardio exercise to music. Pound out stress then follow it with relaxed
breathing and meditation: Appropriate for all abilities, either chair or mat. 40 minutes
Healthy Habits Support Group:
One on one or two on one training for strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and nutritional support based on personal goals and assessment. 60 minutes
Personal Training:
Drumming cardio exercise to music. Pound out stress then follow it with relaxed
breathing and meditation: Appropriate for all abilities, either chair or mat. 40 minutes
Bones and Balance:
Less intense, chair exercise Program for optimizing strength and balance in older individuals. 60 minutes.
