Service Description
Your weekly pause-button. A deeply nurturing blend of Yin + Restorative to unwind, reset, and recharge. The first half softens tension and opens the lower body through long, gentle Yin holds. The second half shifts into full surrender with Restorative postures supported by bolsters and blankets. Breathwork, stillness, and a nervous-system reset to close your week with peace — and begin the next with clarity. All props provided. Suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — but when appointments are missed or cancelled too late, it prevents others from enjoying that time. We send a 24-hour reminder because we know how busy life can get. Since each session is reserved personally for you, a cancellation fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge.
